Horrible company will never use them again I placed an order after Christmas took forever to come finally came and didn’t fit. I reached out to them on how to do an exchange as they don’t offer refunds. They took a long time to get back to me. I went to the post office the next day to send the item back I paid £14 for special delivery as they don’t offer free returns. Royal Mail made an attempt to delivery the parcel on the 12/01/26 and it says they was nobody in what kinds of shady business is that why give me an address if nobody is there . I reached out to them immediately and no response I’ve then had to redeliver the item via the Royal Mail website hopefully there is someone there this times still waiting for a response for this awful company . You’re better off going outside and throwing your money in the air than spending it with this company. Awful service will never shop with them again.
