No meet and greets. Not the same vehicles as reserved. We used this service 2 times and both times had different vehicles than shown on registration and neither for the better. Some how a Chevy traverse with cloth seat is considered a Premium SUV by their vendor. We did get where we were going and on time but the overall experience was not what we have had with other Black Car services.
