We arranged for a single passenger vehicle that could accommodate 11 people. However, on the day of our arrival, we were picked up by two vehicles (a minivan and an SUV). We had paid for an oversized passenger van, not two separate vehicles. We were informed that the 11-passenger van was damaged and unavailable. To make matters worse, we discovered that the two vehicles that picked us up were also scheduled to pick up two other families at the port. The customer service was unacceptable. I tried to reach out via chat since they claimed phone contact was not an option. The cost for the 11-passenger van was $274.00, while using two private vehicles through another service would have only cost $120. I have requested a refund, but so far, I have received no response from them. I also asked for a phone call, but there has been no follow-up. I cannot recommend this service to anyone; it has been a truly frustrating experience.
