I wasn't actually them to come back with much, rates have climbed a lot even in the few days since I locked a loan with a mortgage broker. I was expecting some automated analysis, but heard back quickly from Benjamin Schieken, who was very helpful and responsive. In the end they actually found a lender that came within 0.1 points of my rate, with slightly lower closing costs. I'll definitely use them again for my next loan, if they were able to come close to my estimate during a time when rates are climbing rapidly they might actually find a lower rate in more normal times.
