Agent allegedly got us a good price on Business Class/Premium Economy roundtrip flights from JFK to Barcelona. When we got to check in at Barcelona, the gate agent would not let us get our Business Class tickets, because the booking included an unwanted trip the next day from Miami to Kingston.The person who sold us the tickets booked an illegal fare by including the trip to Kingston.
