I was really looking forward to using the service, but it seems I can't. A few days ago, I submitted an application for a health program. I thought it would be a positive step for my safety. However, I was informed that I would receive a lab kit for a blood test. I anticipated this, but then I received an email stating it had been shipped. I reached out to the support team to explain my phobia of blood and asked for advice on how to handle the situation. They suggested checking for an in-person test, which I said wasn't an option for me, and I provided my insurance details (which they already had from the application). After that, they informed me they couldn't assist because my provider wasn't in network, and then they canceled my appointment without any notification, while the lab kit shipment continued. They completely overlooked my concerns about my fear of blood after I shared my insurance information, and they have now stated they can no longer assist me. As I write this, the lab kit is here with me, but I'm not supposed to use it. Instead of halting my application when I disclosed my provider, they sent the kit right away and ignored my concerns, refusing to help further. I've rescheduled my appointment and am waiting to see the outcome, but it seems the service is careless about verifying insurance status before appointments and kit shipments. I'm extremely frustrated. I’m unsure what to do with the lab kit currently in my home, and I don't know if I can actually proceed with the health program. The customer service has been unhelpful. I hope this situation improves soon. I really wanted this service to work out, as I appreciate their mission. I hope these issues are resolved.
