It's disappointing that the platform seems to require additional steps that weren't previously needed. It feels like there’s a shift towards greed. I'm considering reaching out to consumer affairs at both the national and state levels. I believe I am owed 150, and others may be owed even more. It's unfortunate; fulfill your obligations to users or risk losing your license.
