Payout is usually fairly quick as well. The return to player ratio seems to be relatively fair based on my experience. That being said, their customer support is horrendous. Iv spent quite a bit of money with this company and the lack of support is shocking. They advertise 24/7 support.... the only thing that is 24/7 is a chat bot question answer tree. It doesn't provide answers to the most basic of questions. For example, how do I contact a live agent to receive the 24/ 7 support i keep hearing about. Or as of late my issue has been with the platform itself, iv been unable to access any of the games beyond the ones that you originally start out with. There isnt even a choice that deals with technical issues. I have tried accessing the platform using the app and browser with no success. Yes I reinstalled the app cleared the cache and clicked my heels together just in case. I have searched for a good way to communicate with this company to find a resolution however the most i could find after a significant amount of digging was a support email, I have tried reaching out using the email method on 3 or 4 separate occasions and never once received any response. So as far as im concerned the actually human support for this company doesn't exist. Ultimately here's my questions, 1. Is there really more profit to be had withholding the extent of your game library until your customers gain the appropriate vip level/status? Seems unlikely to me. 2. Why advertise 24/7 support when its more accurate to call it non-existent support? 3. Why as your VIP level increases, does your ability to purchase the 5.00 coin package disappear. I hear that eventually you must purchase 50.00 packages to play. So if I am spending money with your company your going to increase the amount i have to spend in order to keep using your platform, i thought being a loyal customer provides rewards not penalty. 4. The free sc perks, are small. The money your making from us customers wont cover an actual customer service department, or live chat? I feel like the lack of customer service is an attempt to avoid any sort of accountability. I hope this review helps both the company to improve, and the customers to make a solid decision of whether to do buisness with this company.
