What went right(?) should be the question. Very deceptive advertising and sales reps! No transparancy at all. Suprise "hold fees" for every ride and transaction. Surprise recurring monthly fee unless cancelled. Not informed of this by sales agent. Charged by the minute and mileage. Took a ride to the store and back home (less then 3 miles total) and was charged over $40 between the sign up charge, hold fees, minutes and mileage. What a SCAM! This is totally exploiting Senior Citizens! This is a complete RIP OFF! I urge all who consider this ride service to NOT USE IT! They contract with Uber & Lyfte and when there aren't enough drivers in your area, the rates go up! Please stay far away from this company!!!
