From all the research I did before purchasing a membership, many reviews had indicated that this could be a reliable service. A week later I arranged for a ride the next day to a doctor’s appointment. I received a text 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, detailing ETA and the driver’s info. Still waiting 40 minutes later, I called GoGo and reported the scam ride for which I had already been charged online. The rep told me I would receive a call back within 10 days. Of course, I did not. After contacting my credit card company, they assured me they would take care of it. Note: Upon my request, GoGo did cancel my membership and reimbursed my fee. This service was a scam for me, a senior in central Florida.**My reply to GoGo's reply:No, thank you. Too little, too late.As I mentioned, it has been taken care of by my credit card company.
