I can't log into the app and so I couldn't cancel my subscription during the trial period. I didn't even use it, it doesn't suit me. But when I wanted to log in to cancel, it doesn't recognize my email address. The support is zero, several emails sent and tickets opened but they haven't contacted me. I was billed and I paid for something I don't use.
