My tenant has been attempting to get a Go Internet installation since August. She is unable to get an engineer to visit even though she calls 3 times a week to chase them. She is always given excuses why they don't turn up for example the engineer is sick. Twice she has taken the whole day off work to be there for their appointment and they don't turn up. It seems that they do not want the business. Perhaps Trevor would like to explain what the problem is and how they are going to solve it.27/1/2026STILL WAITING FOR THIS TO BE RESOLVED11/2/2026This issue has finally been resolved and we now have an acceptable speed. There were complications due to the interrupted line of sight to the transmitter. Trevor came up with a solution that worked for my property and should help surrounding properties.I hope this experience will improve the company's communication with customers.
