I tried to get fibre broadband installed into my new property, i made an order and received confirmation of my order and direct debit but no other information regarding my order i.e. when it will be installed etc.I tried on multiple occasions to contact them via their live web chat to no avail and sent instant messages on their contact me page. I have now informed them that i wish to cancel my order and i will go with a more reliable provider. One would think that they would want to make a good impression on new customers but if i cant get in touch with them within days of making the order it doesn't bode well if i need support in the future. So in my opinion i would avoid this company at all costs and go with a more reliable provider they may be slightly more expensive but its most probably worth it you get what you pay for
