Great customer service from day one! Installation was end of April and even though I wasn't at home, the engineer contacted me by phone to discuss where I wanted the router and was polite, courteous and professional at all times. I had purchased a new SKY GLASS TV so was a little anxious about if it would work but I needn't have worried as connection to the broadband was immediate and very simple and the speeds are excellent with no buffering so I am very happy. Another small yet, I think, great addition is the use of 'actual (albeit not easily guessed) words' for the router password and not loads of numbers, letters and characters which you can never remember.
