Download speeds consistently fall well below what I am paying for, despite repeated tests across different times and setups.Most recently, my service went down completely early in the morning and I raised the issue immediately. I did not even receive a reply. I was forced to travel into London to work from my office because I couldn’t rely on the internet I’m paying for at home. Three days later and still waiting for a reply. The lack of response is appalling. Not only has the service never lived up to the advertised speeds, but customer support appears non-existent. At this point, I am questioning why they are allowed to advertise premium speeds they cannot deliver, and why customers are left without any resolution or acknowledgement.If you value reliability, transparency, or customer support, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
