I completed my SSSTS refresher course with Goldcross on 2 January 2026 and, over five weeks later, I still have not received my certificate.
I have contacted the company around five times to chase this up. Each time I was told the delay is due to CITB and that the certificate would be sent as soon as they receive it. However, after more than five weeks, there has been no update, no certificate, and no clear timeline.
Because I do not have the certificate, I am currently unable to work, which makes this delay even more frustrating and stressful. Better communication and follow-up are really needed, especially when certificates are essential for people’s employment.
At this point, I’m very disappointed with the service and how the situation has been handled.
