Cant remember all of them and then sign of new Application. As a Veteran aged 79 very difficult to understand without a Hard copy to follow criteria being read and expect to remember all detail.. Very disappointed with this system indeed.
Why NOT EMAIL a Copy and then follow up with a set time to confirm the conditions.

When calling to secure a new Application. it is unhelpful with agent does NOT INFORM YOU IT will take up to 20 minutes via phone to complete the full application.
Then to share bank account and personal contact details via phone to a complete Stranger was uncomfortable. Its like jumping a bushy hurdle and you dont know whats on the other side
