My experience was based on the lovely young man I spoke to. He was very polite and you could tell by the way he spoke to me he was caring and was a great listener. We did get off track a couple of times but that was my fault. Never once was he annoyed or impatient. I loved talking to him and he was very helpful with everything I needed and wanted to know. Well done to this young man I wish him all the very best in his future 🥰
