Dreadful service, my father died on 19th December 2025 and been at the undertakers since Christmas Eve, with still not date for a cremation. They keep saying it’s when they have availability! And then it will be another 7-10 days before we get the ashes back! It’s so distressing and Golden Leaves have done nothing to move this forward despite getting £600 for just assigning an undertaker. The Undertakers only get approx £800 of your fee paid to Golden Leaves. Best to go direct to an undertaker as they are all doing direct funerals now and much cheaper and more professional.
