My partner passed away just after midnight and as I live in Spain one has to alert the funeral parlour almost immediately, they are open 24/7/365. I alerted Golden Leaves (in the UK) and was promised a call back from their local rep in about an hour. I got home exhausted and waited. After about 90 minutes I phoned them again and was told they had got hold of him and he would contact me in a few minutes. By 0300h having had no sleep and no call, I eventually went to bed exhausted and distraught. Some time after 0400hr he phoned waking me up and got a roasting from me for his lateness and lack of empathy. I have not heard from them since. This company has a very good sales team and a lousy customer service team if my experience was typical.
