The company went from 0 to 6,000 for me. At first, I was set up with an agent who didn't respond to phone calls or emails. However, after informing the front desk, he was removed from the group department, and I was given one of the top agents of the company. I can't go into all the details of what they have done for our group for our trip, but they really bent over backwards to give us a great experience. On the way back, several things went wrong with our flights, and the director of the company worked with me over the weekend and often in the middle of the night because of the time difference to work out our issues. In the process, he felt he could have avoided a price increase, so to make up for his "mistake" (not really a mistake at all), he bought those from the team still overseas a hotel with travel points from the company. I truly cannot say enough good about Golden Rule Travel and all they've done for us. Plus the receptionist has an awesome voice.
