I paid for a service agreement in January, the service was amazing to begin with, I made it clear that I was not interested in spending any more money than what was initially spent on the agreed service agreement. 4 months later and a lot of attempts to upsell different things, the original service agreement has not been fulfilled. My agreement included 5 copies of my book. Every time I have requested these it has been an issue. It has now been 3 weeks and no one will reply to me. I have tried emailing, msg via Facebook and calling the number that has work the entire time but the last 3 weeks it does not ring. I’m not sure if this business has closed or if they are just not responding to me because they cannot complete the service agreement that we had in place. This has been very stressful and upsetting time trying to go back and forth with them, to now just being ignored. Leaving this review is my last attempt to contact this business before I take the matter further as I paid for a service that I have not received.
