Scam, they take your money and appear to operate a legitimate trading site with much help initially encouraging you to invest more$.Though your investment is in bitcoin and they have full control of your investment by requiring their "approval" to withdraw!!! Which never comes, total scam.Ignore their response, total lies this confirms to me that they are verified scam do not go near them. As a person said the 5 star reviews are by AI bots, dont believea word they say. They are not registered with ASIC, I will be reporting them to ASIC scam watch. Hope this helps someone avoid loosing their savings.Also try any of the contacts they provide you won't get a response.
