You leave me speechless…..As you can see at the bottom of this thread – which you have read as you stated on 23/9 – the damage was reported to Golfbidder last June, and was handled by Stephanie L from your company.So not only do you 1. ship damaged products, and 2. refuse to pay me the agreed eur 50 after I sent you the Invoice and proof of payment thereof, now you also 3. “bend” the truth by suggesting I reported the damage in September. And what to think of your previous eagerness to settle with a credit note? Apparently this was no problem in September……As I mentioned below my golfshop had trouble to find a relatively rare steel 2-iron tapered shaft through their own channels. Indeed this took some time, including the holiday-season. When they still had not succeeded in September, I decided to try and find one myself. In return, my golfshop (PEETEE Golf in Eindhoven NL, you can check if you like, the owner Peter is British) offered to install it in the clubhead for free.I will send you an invoice from PEETEE Golf, as we settled this among us financially in order for them to be able to draft an invoice after all.Rob Vlek
