I placed an online order for a set of limited number golf clubs at a cut price with a glove and effected payment on my VISA card. Yet they sent me a message to say the order was still in the online basket, I could not get an answer on their phone at either their Edingburgh or Milton Keynes branch. My calls just rang for exactly 5 mins before it was cut off every time.
I tried again the next day on both numbers with the same results either they don't answer or I get a message saying ring back later. Their phone line only open from 10am to 2pm! Then I get this response to my first negative review.
"Hi Graham, We are sorry to hear this, we can see no orders or payments from you at all on our system? Can you please contact the CS team who will be more than happy to assist you. Regards
Phil"
Well Phil, My order still seems stuck in the Basket and an email has not been replied to. This is hardly condusive to gaining customers, is it. I wish to cancel this order and it any delivery is made I'll send it back and get my Credit Card to claim back any processed charge made." So Phil, Sort it out!
