So ! What fantastic customer service i have had from these guys this week . I emailed them about a fault with my out of warranty trolley and within half an hour had an email, then a phone call from one of the directors, Derek . The outcome was, that although my trolley was out of warranty, Derek explained that they did not like to see any of their equipment going wrong and offered me a replacement part for half price. It has arrived today , 48 hours later ! Love my trolley , its quality! and that is customer service how it should be . Thank you
