Purchased first Golfstream, after contacting them directly for information before purchase. They were quick to respond so went ahead and purchased it.I found the lack of bad reviews concerning, simply because not every product is perfect and the web is a huge research tool - YouTube, golf forums etc had very very few reviews but they were all good.It arrived in a battered box and a couple of cosmetic defects but nothing major. With this one, screen didn’t work properly which became apparent on its first outing. A return was arranged, (trolley only) with the battery remaining, which was fine as you knew the battery was good.I was sent a new one out. This one cut out halfway through the round, with a full charge, and wouldn’t come back to life. Had to push it in. The “selling points” such as the visible display in sunlight, or the trolley design are rendered obsolete given the size of the thing when folded and the lack of any display functions that would require you to look at the screen. When the issues were raised with them they didn’t actually seem surprised so I have always surmised they are pretty poor quality and subsequently have issues with cheap components - which are easily changed given the simplistic design.2 trollies. 2 faults.A waste of 4 weeks.
