I have had the basic model for about 6 months now, it is better than my previous motocaddy s1.I had 2 small issues, requiring spare parts, these were delivered free of charge within a few days.I couldn't recommend this trolley enough, nor can you ask for better customer service.If you require a new trolley, don't look any further than Golfstream
