I had an order that was "lost" or stating it had been at the same facility for several days. I reached out to the Goli customer care team and let them know what was going on. They were EXTREMELY QUICK to respond to my email and within a couple of hours, they had sent me another order at no charge and it is on its way as we speak. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE :)
