I ordered a six pack bundle from goli. In that order was supposed to be two ashwagandha, two apple cider vinegar and two Matcha mind. When I received my order I seen that I got the two apple cider and the two ashwagandha. Instead of Matcha mind, I got two probiotic ones. They ended up giving me the two matcha mind that I ordered, but didn’t receive for free!! There was another situation where I ordered a three pack and I decided to cancel the order about 10 minutes after I placed it. It said it couldn’t be canceled because it was already being packaged and shipped so I had to wait till I received the order to send it back and get a refund. I messaged them about that as well. I said that there shouldn’t have been a reason that I couldn’t cancel my order when it was only 10 minutes after placing the order. In compensation to that they gave me a full refund on that order and let me keep the package. This brand and the workers is outstanding.
