You can’t ever get a hold of these people, they keep those phones off so it goes to voicemail and don’t answer the phone a loan application that should have taken 5 hours as I’m a repeat client took over 48, no answers from the team at all even after escalation… they will harass you over and over to renew and as soon as you go to take thier sweet time with no regard for anyone else’s, they charge too much, harass you even after you’ve asked them multiple to times to stop.
