I recently renewed a loan with GoLoans and am deeply disappointed with the situation. I was told I only had two more payments to settle up and that I would be able to reloan they offered me a reloan which I was approved for. So to be clear they reached out to me with this offer. It turns out I had three more payments even though I was reassured over the phone multiple times that it was only two. So the reloan was pointless for me and big money grab for them. My financial situation was not handled with care. I was misinformed. Then they offered me 60 bucks like that would make a difference given the amount this was a useless cover up offer. Super disappointing would recommend iCASH as a fantastic alternative super accurate fantastic service and super quick. I am unable to reply to the response I was sent. Throwing in that I am 5th time renewal was super unnecessary, and only due to my financial situation. I wouldn’t renew with go loan if I could get out of the cycle. Things are tight right now. I stand by what I said, iCASH is extremely efficient. It’s not an issue that you are training new people, it’s an issue that you should have reversed or offered the equivalent amount to make up for it. Or spoken to be directly. Instead I got an email notification that you responded to my bad review that is over 5 months old.
