Never awncer emails or messages never a live agent on phone nothing... always in evaluation stage for a week each day saying I being upgraded ro that stage and ask to do ibv 100 times in a week and also sent pic of banking and still no response.. got to be the worst I ever dealt with by far and for a little loan too much hassle please stay away
I would not recommend this company. They spammed me with emails and texts, begging me to renew. I did, or should I say, "I tried" to renew, and was declined. I have a lot of expenses, which they deem "too much." Yes, Go Loans, people have mortgages and bills and food to buy! OH NO! Customer service is non-existent. I emailed prior to applying and never received a response, yet received a response on Facebook. Very unprofessional. Other reviews corroborate what I am saying. So: word to the wise: AVOID this "company."
I like the fact that they were there for me as I needed the money in a hurry.but The amount which was granted was not what I received I received a quarter of the amount but still had to pay back the full amount plus interest.i have tried calling the agent in charge but have not gotten a response up until now.i do believe it's the agents fault in this matter that's why she hasn't answered my call.
I do think that GoLoans has a good system in place. You can see the progress when you log in. However, after waiting well over the time that they advertise, I was denied. I understand the reasons, but one comment made me feel horrible because I do have many expenses that I pay, including high rent and feeding others besides myself. The comment was "pay doesn't last a day". I hope that GoLoan people leaving the comments can be more sensitive and diplomatic to people that are in a financial crisis. Sarcastic and judgmental comments are not cool.
Immediately after submitting an application with them I have received constant phone calls from random numbers across North America, leading me to believe GoLoans sold or distributed my contact information. I had not even signed a contract or received an offer when this began.
