It was an easy experience redeeming what I had towards the purchase of a candle. Fragrances sold out, but the one I'd wanted was avaliable! It is a nice, subtle cinnamon and vanilla scent which are two of my favorites.My order status was regularly updated, which was appreciated. Looking forward to purchasing another!
