I purchased a watch about 10–11 months ago. While minor scratches are expected from daily wear, the watch should still be covered under warranty for functional issues. When I claimed warranty service, they denied it due to scratches. To make matters worse, they closed my ticket without providing a solution. This is incredibly disappointing and reflects poorly on their after-sales service. Customers should be cautious when considering this brand.
