I had an extremely disappointing experience with the seller. I ordered persimmons, but instead received dates — a completely different product. Additionally, the mushrooms I ordered arrived in a rotten, unusable, and foul-smelling condition.
The customer service is virtually non-existent. There were no replies, no follow-ups, and no effort to rectify their error. It feels like once they have your money, they forget about you.
I will be disputing the charges with my credit card, as this situation is unacceptable. If it were possible to give them zero stars, I would rate them negatively for this level of service and quality. Save yourself the hassle and purchase from another source.
