I was a little concerned after reading multiple negative experiences however Ryan from the support team did reach out to me within 48 hours to confirm the tracking number and apology for shipping delays. I absolutely love the item and would have given 5 stars however the shipping box was not protected with bubble wrap all round leading to the product box being damaged. Overall a happy customer 👍🏽🙏🏽😊
