Almost two weeks to ship items after an online order, which suggests to me they dropship their stock, and even then it was just half of it. I was refunded (which I haven't received yet) for half as they had 'over-sold' the item, and it was 'out of stock'.However, a look at their website still shows the 'out of stock' item as still in stock, so it looks like someone else will go through the same miserable experience I have.Customer service is slow, and when someone does reply it's bluntOverall it feels very amateur, and I'm unlikely to use Goodhood online again in the future, which is a shame as I'm a semi-regular customer in their physical store.
