Avoid this provider. I had no issues during my first billing period, but during the second billing

Avoid this provider.

I had no issues during my first billing period, but during the second billing cycle (starting 19 March), everything went downhill. I only had access to the service for about one day before losing access completely.

From that point on:

* I could not log in to my VPS
* Password reset did not work
* Support did not restore access

Instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to send a list of passwords I “think it might be” and was told they could “decrypt” passwords. That is a major security red flag.

When I tried to cancel, things got worse:

* My cancellation requests were denied multiple times
* My cancellation was reversed/removed more than once
* I was told I had to provide “test results” from another hosting provider before they would allow cancellation

I was then locked out of my account and marked as potentially fraudulent, meaning I couldn’t even manage or cancel the service.

Communication was completely unprofessional. I was contacted on Discord by someone identified as the owner (Nate), where I was insulted, sworn at, and threatened for even considering a dispute. There was also harassment involving spam directed at my Discord server.

To make matters worse:

* Work they originally confirmed was free was later invoiced at around $290
* I was told my service would not be cancelled unless I paid this invoice

I had to stay up until around 5 am monitoring my systems due to the situation, which caused significant stress.

In the end, I had to raise a dispute through my payment provider, which was resolved immediately in my favour.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any hosting provider. Lack of access, refusal to cancel, security concerns, and completely unprofessional behaviour.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
