Horrible. Please pay off the loan and get clearance. Do not deal with them. Horrible company with no professional timeline values. I had a option of not going through them, I will happily do that. But with new home have to have loan transfer, so stuck with them. Company needs to shut down ASAP, ESPECIALLY ASSUMPTION TEAM.
