I called the company at the beginning of October and ask them if I pay a payment early will the auto pay take the money out there. Customer service rep said no however they took it out anyway. when I call back to ask them to move the payment to the next month they said they could not do it. It was an extra payment. The company is a cheating company. I wish I would’ve never went with them and I am a veteran, a retired veteran of the United States Army and if I can advise any veteran to not deal with Goodleap I would advise them not to do any business with them because they are very deceptive company and even though they record what is being said, you could never trust them because they will lie to you on the phone and they will go to the opposite way, so please all veterans of the serve of the military service. Do not do any business with good Leap!!!!!
