Oh, they will be friendly and helpful as much as they can. as long as they get your money through interest. then when you call for a payoff amount and pay it that same day, they will still charge you interest and not document when you call in. resulting in a 43-dollar fee. Then as you go up the chain to tell them, they won't help you. They can help, but they won't. Two tiers up management level and they will waste their time and ours which will cost them more money instead of just wiping a 43-dollar interest charge that they failed to disclose during the call to find out the payoff amount. There are no two sides of the story here. Horrible customer service. I plead with you. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO FINANCE THROUGH. DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT OF YOUR MONEY. PLEASE.
