This company sucks! I was a victim of hurricane Ian in Fort Myers and am disabled. My air conditioner was damaged and another company overcharged me so I was forced to get a 0% loan with Goodleap for one year. I had to wait for insurance reimbursement for damages. I'm disabled and mailed a check which was picked up by USPS. It took over 3 freaking weeks for my check to reach the billing department. I contacted headquarters to discuss and they are now charging me late fees and want thousands of dollars for the 14.9% interests and fees because according to them, my check was 5 days out of their window! I've explained that I'm disabled and mailed the check in enough time and USPS screwed me up... note that USPS has screwed up multiple times since this first episode with Amazon and other orders including complete packages lost forever!This company has zero compassion or decency! They continue to harrass me multiple times a day with phones numbers from all over the country. It's usually a representative who thinks that I called them! They have ZERO facts in front of them! They just harrass me.I found yet another cancer about a month or 2 into the harrassment! I had to have a chunk of my body cut off which was stress induced! I've requested upper management to contact me and I only get people who think I called them to pay my bill which is ZERO BALANCE. NEVER EVER GET A LOAN WITH THIS CRIMINAL COMPANY!I wish I could give 5 middle fingers as a review!
