After jumping three hoop being approved just because I lease land from my sister right before I received loan I am told what I had to do for the problem I found if I completed everything would have to be in my name for six months before they could fund loan they called me Feb 3 to ask me to apply my dw appraised by itself at 212000 I only wanted to borrow 60000 do they think I’m going to give house away for1/4 value. This should have been looked at from day. I told them day 1 I did not own the land.i am disappointed!
