If it wasn’t for Stephen Caruso’s exceptional knowledge, patience in explaining many things Í did not understand about reverse mortgages and countless follow up calls spending time explaining everything is the main reason I chose to work with him otherwise Í may have ended up choosing a different company. I am so happy that I choose to work with Stephen as he “held me hand” all the way through the process and stuck with me despite multiple setbacks in timing not on the companies part but on my part and through it all he never became discouraged and in fact always had uplifting comments to the unfortunate setbacks in timing. Stephen has decades of experience which you can clearly tell as he always knew the answers to my questions. After this experience Í would highly recommend anyone looking to refinance your home or are interested in a reverse mortgage to forget about the other major companies Í researched the top 7 and called each of them, dealt with all of them for 3 weeks before making the decision to choose to work with Stephen because again he was the only one out of all those companies who was willing to take the time to explain the many things I didn’t understand which the others didn’t seem to want to take the time to explain before knowing whether they were going to receive the business but not Stephen he spent much of his time to help me even before I chose to work with him and Good Life Home Loans. I was so impressed that Stephen will now be my mortgage broker for life. You may get an initial quote from another financial company that may give you no origination fee as Í did however Í could barely get in touch with her, don’t be fooled remember you get what you pay for an although I chose to pay the origination fee it was very reasonable and worth every penny to have someone like Stephen as again his knowledge is superior, his length of experience gives him incredibly insight into helping you with an issues that may arise. He is a man with not just excellent public relations but human relations which is difficult to find in the world today. He truly cares about his clients.
