I wanted to refinance a reverse mortgage since my house has substantially increased in value. I started a discussion with Dave Schulte. After he submitted a proposal I had 10 questions that I supplied in an email. I made it clear that I wanted answers in writing because I had been lied to my other reverse mortgage lenders. Dave called me not once but twice and told me he would answer my questions over the phone; that he did not have time to type my answers. I DO NOT TRUST DAVE.
