When I first started this subscription,I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product. The chicken was good, steaks were good cuts etc. My last few orders were sub par....meat is gristly and tough. I figured the first time was a fluke, but then it's been the subsequent orders got worse and worse. Two of the steaks we cooked last weekend couldn't even be eaten. The chicken is not trimmed at all, and it has a smell to it. They've also started packing two breasts together. I get it that it saves packaging costs, but I have three of us that I cook for and now always have one leftover chicken breast. I'd be ok with this if the quality was there. I also reached out via email last week with no response. I switched because the grocery store quality was terrible for the cost and I'm back in the same boat. I'll pay for quality, but I haven't been getting it from here lately. I just unfortunately got my subscription, I thought I had delayed it while I figure out what to do. But unless this quality is back to where it was originally, it will be my last.
