Difficult to get in touch and appeal

The initial review process was very opaque as we were rejected but not told why or how to appeal. Following the links to use a form on the website also went nowhere as we never got a response despite several attempts. After finally emailing directly we eventually managed to get a response. Once we actually heard from an agent the process became a bit more navigable.

I was guided to your site by Google to determine whether our foundation was legitimate. I provided the information necessary. While I was waiting for the results of your research, your company starts pushing your services.
