GoodTech have a very customer-friendly website. Their refurbishing/quality-checking process is easy to grasp, their returns/refunds/warranty and other policies make sense and are good value, and they seem genuinely interested in promoting the reuse and long life of phones and other tech. They have sparse packaging for environmental reasons, but my Samsung S10e arrived safely, so it must work during shipping. It was also pristine; the only wear I could see was on the power button, despite the phone only being advertised as only 'good' condition. I was concerned that the battery was running down really quickly (one percent every couple of minutes when I began setting it up), and I'm not sure what the S10e battery is meant to be like. I made some adjustments such as dark mode and it now lasts me (admittedly a light user) a comfortable two days. Overall, GoodTech strike me as a reliable local smallish business.
