I ordered a bracelet set in October and never received it. Have checked the tracking number provided and goods appear to be still in China. Have emailed them many times and they keep telling me it was returned by our post office. I now get an email saying I can pay for it again plus postage if I want the item. Why would I pay again for something I never received when I paid for it the first time. I would not even rate them with a 1 star. I just want them to provide the goods that I have paid for. will never use or recommend them to anyone. Just give me what I have paid for is all I want. Very poor customer service
